Олег Михайловский

Oleg graduated from the St. Petersburg State University with a major in international economics and holds a PhD in economic science. Oleg is fluent in English and Russian.

Oleg Mikhailovsky joined Lincoln International in May 2015. From 2011 to date Oleg worked at credit Suisse where he led the Corporate Finance practice focused on mid-market transactions. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Oleg was a senior M&A project leader at PwC Corporate Finance team in Russia where he advised both Russian clients and international companies. Prior to PwC, Oleg worked at Ernst and Young and Arthur Andersen where he gained experience in due diligence and valuations.

Oleg Mikhailovsky has 10 years of experience in advising on corporate finance transactions. He recently joined to further strengthen the Lincoln franchise in Russia & CIS. Since 2006, he has advised on a variety of different transactions and fundraisings. His clients Include large corporations as well as middle-sized privately-owned businesses and leading private equity groups.

Oleg Mikhailovsky works in the Russian & CIS office of Lincoln International in a capacity of Director, he is actively involved in both business development and execution.

Oleg Mikhailovsky has significant experience in Retail and Consumer, eCommerce and Healthcare businesses. Oleg successfully advised on the sale of Mareven Food Holdings, Russia’s major instant noodle maker, to Nissin Foods.
